"And you will face the Sea of Darkness, and all therein that may be explored"
I didn't picture you as a cat person, but losing a pet sucks no matter how you slice it.
Very sorry to hear this. She was a beautiful creature.
You have my condolences. Was she your writing helper as well as your pet?
sad to see them go. im sure she had many adventures in her time, but it dont make it any easier. sorry man.
i'm sorry about your kittie. she's chasing mice in Valhalla now.
Thanks to all who expressed their condolences and well wishes. It's very appreciated. Anna was the second pet we ever got. She was found outside our apartment not long after we moved to Texas. She was a tiny kitten then, with a squeaky little meow. We took her in and ended up keeping her, since she got along with Bart, our other cat at the time. She was always shy around strangers, and didn't interact with the other pets much, but she did love to cuddle and be petted. She would often come in the room where I write and curl up in the corner. The only other pet that regularly comes in here with me is my dog Odin. It's funny how, even with four other cats and a big dog, the abscence of one little cat can make such a huge empty space. I miss her sleeping on me at night, sitting next to me on the couch, and seeing her laying in whatever patch of sunlight comes through the windows(we used to call her our sunflower)...I just miss her.
Oh Scott,I'm so so sorry. She's a beauty and losing a pet/friend is horrible. Much love.
My sincere sympathies. <:( *hug*
Michelle, thank you. Lana, thank you, also. I really do appreciate it.
There is almost nothing worse than losing a pet. They are pure love. Don't know what I would do if/when my Lola kitty goes. I feel so bad for you. xo
Jodi, thank you.
My condolences. It's always difficult to lose a pet. Sending a virtual hug your way. *hug*
Virginia Lady, thank you. I really appreciate it.
